Refresh the Brand
Timeframe: 4 to 8 Weeks
Key Activities:
- Implement the design recommendations to increase brand distinction and clarity.
- Update the messaging and visual language in accordance with the Design Audit recommendations

Assess Playbook Effectiveness
Timeframe: 4 to 8 Weeks
Key Activities:
- Review the Playbook to determine if its meeting our standard of providing clarity and confidence to clients. Cut redundant, non actionable content, Add actionable content where needed, adjust presentation format.
- Create a feedback form to assess if clients are clear and confident using their Playbooks.

Key Activities:
- Use the Content Framework to develop social media content.
- Create a plan to share the content balancing internal and client focused posts.

Refine Sales Strategy
Timeframe: 4 to 8 Weeks
Key Activities:
- Create a referral program and partner with other campfire marketing agencies.
- Establish timing between the sales stages to gain/maintain momentum. Clearly identify the Stakeholders who should be involved in each stage.
- Create a one-page document to share during the prospecting phase.

- Create reports to track potential pipelines and monitor sales cycle timeline.
